Shooting fans of all abilities, it's time
to welcome back the true spirit of Japanese
shooting games!
Mecha-warl, an empire of evil, who would use their military might to conquer space itself.
This is the tale of the brave few who stood against their threat.
The first, a lone space pirate who swore revenge when Mecha-warl killed his parents.
His name was Fugu Taiten Zenichi.
The second, a galaxy patrol officer forced to take on the mission of wiping out Mecha-warl.
Her name was Tenba Koukuu Yun.
The third, a brave king, recklessly declaring war on Mecha-warl to extend his own borders.
His name was Oudou Rakudo Sadahl.
The final member, a lone android, developed to oppose Mecha-Warl, continues its battle despite Earth’s defeat. Its name was Yuou Maishin Loop.
And so begins the struggle upon which the fate of space itself rests...
A new mode where defeating enemies earns points and also drops coins. The Soul Gauge from Normal Mode is replaced with the Burst Gauge which, when full can be used to activate the combination burst.
Once activated, combination burst vastly increases the ships power, whilst also increasing the number of enemies spawning boosting both the game’s pace and the risk factor.
Collecting coins without missing any is the key to a high score so keeping an eye on them while also destroying the enemy is essential.
A vertically scrolling shooting game controlled using the directional pad and three buttons.
The former controls ship movement, the buttons control attacks.
Wide Shot can be fired via rapidly pressing the shot button or holding the rapid shot button, Cross Shot by holding the shot button down.
The bomb button launches a limited-use, emergency bomb.
Destroying an enemy nullifies any shots they have fired. In other words, rather than concentrating on dodging, the key is to focus on destroying enemies.
This is where the game differs from the manic shooting or ‘bullet-hell’ genre.

A 2 minute score attack mode played on a dedicated stage.
The scoring system is the same as Normal Mode, but you have no bombs and unlimited lives.
The secret to a high score is discovering the various secret bonuses and how they work alongside destroying waves of enemies as fast as possible to fast-forward subsequent waves.
